The most prominent member of the Dalmatia Luxury Hotels & Villas family. Dioklecijan hotel & residence, was named the first health hotel in Croatia in 2014. During its construction, architects took care to ensure that each segment corresponds to the concept of a health hotel. Therefore the building is divided into two areas – one in which the hotel took place, and
the second one singled out on the eastern part of a building for all different health clinics. Every detail favours a health & spa – location on the raised part of the city by the Sea, classic and elegant space design, underground garage, connected with elevators, Mediterranean diversity of food and drinks, and many Mediterranean greens surrounding building.

Diocletian, the emperor, came to rest in this town, so our name incorporates the Sea’s importance of a healthy life. We tried to boost that indulgence even more by placing Spa area on the 7th floor with the pool on the rooftop overlooking the magnificent downtown and Marjan hill.
